I currently work with children, teens, and adults in individual, couple, and family therapy to address symptoms related to depression, anxiety, trauma, ADHD/ADD, OCD, sleep issues, anger control/frustration tolerance, self-harm, elimination disorders, grief, relationship issues, and disruptive, impulse control and conduct disorders via CBT, DBT, and ACT.
I assist clients who feel “stuck” or discouraged and who are seeking change to improve their overall quality of life. It is my belief that effective communication within the family dynamic is a key component for a healthy relationship.
