I offer flexible hours with both in-person and online sessions to fit your needs.
I offer individual therapy for teens to adults, addressing depression, anxiety, self-esteem, and past difficulties. For couples, I focus on building awareness in your interactions and strengthening your relationship. As a single mom, veteran, and former police officer, I get it—life throws a lot at you. We'll solve the problem together and find a remedy.
Each new skill or approach you gain in therapy is a tool to fix old problems.
