My focus areas include anxiety, trauma, PTSD, grief, anger, communication, reunification and military related issues. I work with adults, couples, servicemembers and their families. By using an eclectic blend of CBT, DBT, mindfulness, client-centered and trauma focused modalities, new personal growth and improved communication and connection is achieved.
By helping you and your loved ones process difficult thoughts and emotions, we learn about why you think and respond in your particular way. Then, we work together to change those patterns into something healthy and helpful.
