I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner. I am experienced in utilizing various theraputic modalities that will assist us with identifying and addressing the underlying causes of stress, anxiety, depression, alcohol and drug use and relationship issues.
I provide couples therapy for those that are wanting to learn how to effectively navigate conflicts, increase and improve connection and communication and re-establish intimacy. I also help couples that are seeking support, education and assistance to create new ways of interacting within their relationship with a partner who is in recovery from substances.
