Hello! I am currently Accepting New Clients for Saturdays. I am an experienced therapist that works with children, adolescents/teenagers and adults. I treat depression, anxiety, complex trauma, strained relationships (child-parent and partners), PTSD, substance use disorder, and low self-esteem. My approach depends on what is in your best interest and comfort level. I follow solution-focused and evidence-based practices using CBT, DBT, and EMDR.

I earned my Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Social Work from Arizona State University. I approach my challenges with humor as I approach people with a smile and warmth.
