I have extensive experience working with children and their caregivers who have experienced trauma, specifically trauma related to abuse and violence. I also have experience working specifically with foster youth who are experiencing stress and trauma. Seeking counseling takes a great deal of courage and I am glad that you have chosen me.
I am trained in TF-CBT and which is a specific trauma focused mode of treatment as well as CBT for anxiety and depressive symptoms. I offer free 15 minute telephone calls to discuss your options. I accept private cash rates for uninsured clients on a sliding scale.
