I am here to help you in a safe and nonjudgmental environment. My style is laid-back and strengths focused and always with an empathetic ear. I have a collaborative approach to therapy. My services include the following areas: individual counseling, anxiety, depression, stress, skills training, self-esteem, and self-care.
I also enjoy working with Adult Children of Emotionally Immature Parents. I have experience with the ENM community, anxiety, depression, and career counseling. I have a dog named Lucy (picture in profile) who loves to keep you company during sessions. Please let me know if you would like to have her as part of your session. I look forward to helping you!
I have availability Monday and Thursday from 11am - 6pm, Tuesday and Wednesday from 8am -5pm and Friday from 9am to 3pm. Late afternoon appointment times may have a waitlist.
