I specialize in treating ADHD, PTSD, Depression and Anxiety in Adults and have been in practice since 2013. I help clients learn communication, motivation, relationship, and coping skills for mood and/or ADHD/executive functioning symptoms. I am very skills based and try to help clients learn skills to use in every day life. I am trained in variety of therapy techniques. I provide basic talk therapy; education on healthy relationships, on creating effective self-care /coping skills; and I use an eye movement based therapy that can help you get faster results. Regarding ADHD, I prefer working with clients previously diagnosed and may refer out for a full assessment, as needed.
