I am an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. I received my Master of Science in Counseling Psychology from California Lutheran University. I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families and couples to explore and help heal through a variety of issues. My experience consists of working through such issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, transitions of life, and the exquisitely painful experience of being a human.
I work with you from a person-centered, narrative perspective with the goal of empowering you to re-author your story, while working towards your own goals. By fostering a strong sense of self, together we can begin looking inward with curiosity and warmth. I'm trained in DBT in order to develop new skills and tools to help get you where you want to go.
It is a joy working with families and individuals of all ages in order to overcome obstacles and strengthen relationships. With a trauma-informed lens and cultural humility, I provide a warm, validating presence, I will work beside you with genuine support and care for the beautiful person you are already.
