Life can be difficult to navigate at times but you do not have to do it alone. In our work together I wont try to fix you, tell you what to do or assume what’s best for you. However, I will remind you that you aren't broken, give you room to access your own wisdom, support you in figuring out what to do, and collaborate with you on how to make the hard stuff easier to sit with. I believe that you are the expert on your own life and that it's my job to walk along side you and empower you to work with your own self knowledge during this process of growth and healing. I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for this impactful work.
I have been doing this work for 13 years and have worked with kids, teens and adults in different capacities. I have experience with addictions/SUD, mood/anxiety disorders, personality disorders, trauma, sexual wellness or concerns, relationship concerns, emotion management, phase of life and identity concerns. I am welcoming of all cultures/identities.
