Working through trauma requires tremendous courage. I offer feminist psychotherapy with a person-centered, evidence-based approach. I specialize in EMDR, a research-supported technique for reprocessing traumatic memories. EMDR can help desensitize upsetting memories as well as help you gain an adult perspective on events that shaped your development in childhood, clearing the way for a better life.
