My work is informed by CBT, mindfulness, psychodynamic and solution focused modalities. I operate from a person-centered perspective and believe in the power of cultivating a strong therapeutic relationship with my clients. By practicing unconditional empathy and compassion, I strive to foster a safe environment where you can feel seen and heard.
