I believe that when a person is struggling from past and/or present issues and they feel like no one hears them or understands, it can become very debilitating in everyday life. I will listen and guide you through the process of healing through your struggles.
I believe in meeting the client where they are and helping them identifying their strengths to utilize within the therapeutic process. I provide traditional talk-therapy and focus on the person as a whole.
