Life does the best it can to squeeze out every ounce of resilience we have in us. What do you do when you’ve come to the end of yourself? We aren’t wired to face the hurt, fear, and loneliness of life alone.
In my work, my hope is to cultivate a compassionate space for clients to slow down, engage their story, integrate their head and their heart, and reconnect to themselves and the people that matter most. What has become unmanageable becomes more manageable. What has been silenced is given a voice. What has been unwitnessed gets a witness.
Utilizing a blend of Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Narrative Therapy, and Brainspotting, I work with individual clients ages 13+, as well as couples. I have experience working with pre-marital & couples counseling, anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, family-of-origin, spiritual concerns, self-esteem, career, & loneliness.
