I work best with folks who know who they are and are ready to get curious about their life, i.e., taking a deep dive into how you show up (or don't) for yourself, in your relationships, and in your community. Issues and needs for folks I'm currently working with include: understanding how traumatic the purity culture has been and how they are ready to reclaim their sexual health; anxiety and depression from life events, and wanting to take a really good look at how past traumas are affecting current life.

I am a trauma informed practitioner and also a certified sex therapist. It's an interesting combination that seems to work for many people as they make a commitment to learn and grow and experience life in different ways. Specializing in trauma and sexual health is amazing work, and we do this by creating safe spaces and respecting the life story.
