This life is hard! Are you or your child feeling overwhelmed, anxious, and stressed? Struggling with daily tasks at school, home, or work? Living with ADHD, anxiety/fears, OCD, trauma, or a mood disorder (depression, bipolar disorder)? Going through a difficult transition (e.g. starting college, adjusting adulthood)? You don't have to face these challenges alone - I'm here to help. Work with me to gain personal insight, learn coping strategies, build resilience, and realize your strengths. Together, we can find a way toward a happier and more balanced life.
My therapeutic approach is heavily influenced by cognitive-behavioral methods (e.g., exposure and response prevention, dialectical-behavioral skills, trauma-focused CBT, and acceptance and commitment therapy). I also incorporate mindfulness practice and somatic methods. My personal approach is compassionate, collaborative, and down-to-earth.
I would love to hear from you.
