For individuals we build on your strengths and learn new and improved coping skills in order to be able to handle anxiety and depression. For couples, I will show you a technique to work through your disagreements, and stregthen the 7 foundations of a successful relationship. I look forward to working with you to help you get your life back.
I charge less then most other MFTs. My goal is to make therapy more affordable and available. I provide itemized invoices to clients who have insurance that reimburses. Check your insurance if they offer that. I'll customize the invoice to whatever they need. I really enjoy helping others, please consider contacting me. It’s ok to bring your dog to therapy!
