I firmly believe that therapy can benefit everyone when they are ready. Life is full of uncertainties. Everyone encounters challenges and wants to find ways to grow or process past experiences. As a therapist, I give clients a safe space to decompress, discover values, model healthy dynamics, guidance, and nurture curiosity for the future. Feeling lost, stuck, confused, frustrated, stressed, and other emotions is part of the human experience. I currently provide therapy to a wide range of individuals between 14-35 years old who are struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, and childhood trauma.
Therapy has to be a collaborative effort. As a therapist, I emphasize the importance of self-determination and self-compassion. My goal is to make your therapeutic journey a positive one and provide other resources as needed. I have a direct communicative approach and utilize a more solution-focused therapeutic style. I will always encourage client feedback.
