None of us need to be told life is hard, but sometimes we could all use a listening ear and support. Are there days when life is overwhelming? Is the imposter syndrome making it hard to do things? Or maybe you're coping with medical challenges or a recent loss? I can't promise a magical cure, but I can promise a space to feel safe to explore your experiences and build resilience. I work with adults (with focused experience with AAPI clients, health care workers, and tech workers) who are coping with feelings of anxiety, life transitions, grief, and stress across different areas of their lives.
As a Filipina American with a background in healthcare, my approach is collaborative, racially competent, and grounded in Acceptance and Commitment and Cognitive Behavioral interventions. I work together with clients to process experiences and use these interventions to cope with difficult emotions and memories so clients can move forward.
So many of us provide compassion and support to others but often forget to leave some for ourselves. If you feel like we might be a good fit, I invite you to email me for a free, no-pressure 15 minute consultation call to learn more about me, my modalities, and current availabilities.
