I have 18 years of clinical and research experience treating adults with chronic health conditions, trauma, depression, anxiety, interpersonal issues, and other emotionally laden life events. I prioritize fostering a therapeutic space where you feel heard when your voice feels muted. Collaboratively, we’ll define your personal wellness goals to facilitate developing the skills needed to regain your voice and effectively navigate life’s challenges.
While I’ve been trained in CBT, I don’t utilize a “cookie-cutter” approach to treatment. My approach is flexible, eclectic, and sensitive to one’s cultural values and lived experiences. I implement culturally sensitive, evidence-based, and trauma-informed interventions to promote personal growth, build resilience, and improve quality of life.
