I provide stress, communication, and social and emotional training for organizations; and specialize in supporting veterans, students, and their families.
I served in the Air Force for over 20 years as a pilot and other positions where I gained experience in combat and stressful situations. After serving my country, I worked as a teacher and school counselor for a diverse range of students. I enjoy helping people control their emotions, communicate better; and reduce anxiety, anger, and depression.
I have specialized training in EMDR, anxiety treatment, and mutli-cultural instruction. I will make an individualized plan for you, and you get to choose the treatments you like best.
