I have prior experiences working in inpatient behavioral health, addiction recovery, community counseling, and private practice. I am a trauma-informed, gender-affirming, LGBTQIA+ friendly, culturally competent, and integrated counselor with a concentrate in Person-Centered Therapy, Feminist Theory, Psychodynamic Therapy, IFS, and CBT.
