Nothing changes if nothing changes! Focus on what you want for yourself and how you want your life and relationships to be better vs. spending a lot of time rehashing the past. Looking to the past can have its benefits and we can certainly explore. We can address being stuck and unhealthy patterns. We will spend more time moving forward, next steps and the difference the changes will make. I utilize a Solution Oriented approach, which clients appreciate and find helpful. I see adolescent and adult individuals, couples and families. Clients have told me they appreciate my direct feedback and interactive approach with them.
Letting the client be the expert on their life. Favorite aspects of my work...getting to know individuals, their best hopes and seeing an increased confidence in them. I help people figure out what is important and what they want to be different. Small steps and subtle changes can make significant, positive and lasting differences.
