I provide tools to help decrease negative automatic thoughts by reframing unhelpful core beliefs. I can help you learn to identify and regulate unhealthy feelings and replace them with more adaptive ones. I use Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing to help process past trauma and reduce the ongoing negative effects in your current life.
