My goal is to personalize your care plan and work collaboratively, so you feel supported and heard. I value professionalism and honesty and will work hard for you and with you. I specialize in working with couples who want to strengthen their relationship, reconnect and restore intimacy or work on separating peacefully. I have experience working nuerodivergent individuals and couples. I also often work with individuals who want to work on managing anxiety, depression, moods or are working through life transitions, trauma or grief.
I offer mindful, humanistic, person-centered treatment that is catered to your specific goals and desired outcomes. I use approaches that work best for you, and will be open to feedback as we work together. I am a trained couples counselor in the modalities of Prepare and Enrich, Gottman, Solution-focused, ACT, CBT, DBT and EFT for emotional attachment work.
We will start our work together by doing a brief consult over the phone so we both know it's a good fit and a positive working relationship. From there we will develop your treatment plan and goals to fit your needs.
