I enjoy working with clients to understand how their unique experiences have shaped who they are and inform their life in the present.
As a licensed psychologist, I believe that by understanding our emotional and behavioral patterns (why we feel and do the things we do), we can often be more intentional about how we show up in the world and can move towards healthier or more sustainable ways of coping.
I work with adolescents and adults and have experience with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship concerns, life transitions and identity issues.
