My nonjudgmental approach comes from my belief that every person has worth even when you might struggle to see that in yourself. My role is to be here to help empower you along your path.
I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, body image, self-esteem concerns, among others. I use approaches based in client-centered, play therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing to tailor counseling to your needs.
