I specialize in working with teenagers, young adults, parents of little ones, and expecting/new moms. I have six years experience working in a group home with youth with significant trauma and am trained in both TF-CBT and EMDR. I have extensive knowledge on pregnancy and postpartum care as well as early parenting (and am in the thick of it myself!). I am in the process of becoming a certified Qigong instructor and believe we heal by helping our bodies feel safe first. I am honored to provide a safe and nurturing space as we walk this path of healing and wholeness together!
I specialize in trauma processing, parent coaching, relationship building with teens (even really tough teens!), helping young adults navigate finding themselves, and supporting women through pregnancy, childbirth, and postpartum. I cater my style to meet the needs of my clients, whether you need a short solution-focused or long-term counseling relationship.
