Every situation is unique and requires a personalized approach. I believe there are no free passes to skip out on the struggle that comes with being human. Sometimes stress, betrayal, or overwhelm can knock us off balance and it's hard to find solid ground. I also believe joy can be found in building self-trust and confidence, creating safe and satisfying relationships, and finding where you thrive in living a more whole, authentic life. I believe my clients have the pieces they need to figure out their problems - I'll help you sort through and put together the roadmap for moving forward.
I work with betrayal trauma, infidelity, deconstructing gaslighting, dating after divorce, life transitions, re-partnering, trauma and EMDR, premarital, and couple's counseling. My best work happens with clients who want to create a new way forward - getting unstuck from a cycle of pain and fear, and create boundaries that lead to healthy connection.
I get that starting therapy can feel a bit unnerving, as someone who has been there myself. I want you to feel comfortable starting the process, and I set aside any judgment or expectations. Virtual Betrayal Trauma Group Therapy
Group is virtual in Texas for anyone who has experienced betrayal in their primary relationship regardless of gender or sexual orientation. Group provides a space to process through and connect with others who can relate. We will provide education about problematic sexual behavior, betrayal trauma, and trauma healing as well as coping skills and a place to share about the highs and lows of life in and out of betrayal trauma recovery.
