I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and National Certified Counselor with 8 years of experience working in the mental health field. I seek to meet people where they are without judgment and empower them to be the healthiest version of themselves. I am passionate about helping adults and couples achieve their goals, specializing in depression, anxiety, addiction, and relationship issues.
I completed my Master of Science in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Georgia. My education and experience in the field enable me to build rapport with clients and guide them throughout their therapeutic journey. I utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy.
