Hello and welcome to my practice where I'm dedicated to providing a space where you can feel truly seen and understood. My primary goal is to create a supportive and safe environment so we can explore the signs that point toward healing, inner wisdom and self-honoring. We can embark on your therapeutic journey together in a safe and compassionate space. My approach is trauma-sensitive and collaborative, focusing on your individual concerns that brought you to counseling. Drawing from an attachment-based lens, I integrate elements of mindfulness, interpersonal processing, and cognitive/narrative therapies.
I specialize in trauma-informed processes including focused training in trauma and PTSD, including complex concerns related to relational, religious, and developmental trauma. I also work with anxiety, depression, attachment/relationship concerns, identity development, social anxiety and life transitions.
I have training in Somatic Experiencing and EMDR to assist exploring inner peace and healing through embodiment and a deeper understanding of your inner experience. I am kink and poly friendly. My practice is LGBTQIA+ affirming, and I warmly welcome individuals from all walks of life. Together, we can work to navigate toward healing from life's challenges.
