I practice therapy that is trauma-informed and grounded in the present moment. My role is to listen as deeply and clearly as possible, not to "fix" you in any way. I've practiced in various settings since 2005, and have worked with persons from a wide variety of cultural, racial, geographic, economic, gender, sexuality, and religious backgrounds, as well as those who identify as neurodivergent and disabled as it were. I welcome those in recovery. Let's talk and see if our work together could be fruitful.
I work with individual adults only at this time. I view therapy as collaborative between us and your Unconscious. Attachment understandings, EMDR, somatic and meditative practices - as well as what your body, speech, psyche and dreams are trying to say to you all assist in this process.
