Attachment Focused EMDR can help accelerate healing from issues related to narcissistic abuse, addictions, and traumatic events.
Dating and relationships can be major sources of distress when we have grown up in a toxic, dysfunctional household. I help individuals understand their past so that it doesn't interfere with their present. I utilize an attachment-focused and goal-directed approach in therapy sessions to help clients create secure, stable relationships.

I work with varying levels of disconnection, dis-ease and trauma, including C-PTSD and narcissistic abuse; and explore both past history and present symptoms.
Are you struggling in your relationship or wanting a deeper level of connection overall? Talking to someone to help better understand & identify the signals your body is giving you as well as your patterns & tendencies, can create positive and lasting change. I also enjoy working with couples - helping partners to understand the underlying dynamics at play in relationships & supporting conscious transformation. I love doing this work, believe it is both beautiful and empowering, and view it as a privilege to work with you. Life is a journey and it can be comforting to know that support is available. Note: 2 friendly dogs present

I specialize in self-esteem and narcissistic abuse recovery.
Struggling with low self-esteem jeopardizes our everyday life. It drastically affects our confidence, limits our potential, and hinders us in our pursuit of happiness. Our thoughts are consumed by doubt, self-dislike, and shame, causing our dreams to slowly slip away from us. We start to rely heavily on the acceptance and opinion of others, but soon forget that the most important view of ourselves lies within. This space is for finding your true self, embracing it confidently, and for learning to see yourself with loving eyes.

I'm trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy through Marsha Linehan's BTech. Think of it as therapy including skills training. Let me help you improve your relationship with yourself & get you closer to the things you want in life.

For over 20 years I have been using a new type of psychotherapy called lifespan Integration. High levels of efficacy are achieved. It can pull people out of depression & anxiety in only several sessions. It not only works quickly but very deeply. The ultimate goal of the therapy is the integration of the damaged 'selves' to allow the emergence of a more coherent experience. By working with these 'states' of self, isolated in memory, we are able to find, access and heal each representative self that was hurt. We can even work with memories of infancy where the earliest programming occurs ie. wounds from a narcissistic parent.

After my divorce, I endured eight years of financial and emotional abuse from endless court dates which lead me to assist mothers in coping with narcissistic and pathological partners.
“The challenging birth of my twins, marked by 23 hours of labor and subsequent colic issues that required expensive specialized formula, inspired my career as a DONA-certified postpartum doula and perinatal therapist. Through supporting mothers with breastfeeding, baby schedules, and sleep training, I encountered numerous cases of postpartum depression, prompting me to specialize in helping mothers through various perinatal challenges, including depression, anxiety, high-risk pregnancies, and traumatic births. Helping mothers extended out into all stages of children fostering positive emotional attachments from birth into adulthood

I help people struggling in relationships. I work well with insight-oriented individuals who want to explore their lives on a deep level and explore pathways for growth and change. I specialize in diagnosing and healing relational trauma from Narcissistic and Borderline abuse and helping clients create new narratives about who they are and how they want their lives to be. I believe we can rewrite our story and choose our own ending. My work is depth-oriented and psychodynamic, and I blend insight and intellect with humor (I've found a little lightness can create buoyancy as we navigate dark places).

I am passionate about working with clients dealing with narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and trauma.
Narcissistic and emotional abuse can leave us feeling confused, hurt, and desperate for answers. You may have thought you found your soulmate, but instead you find yourself in a very complicated relationship. You may feel alone and isolated, blaming yourself for how badly the relationship is going. Instead of being in this amazing relationship you thought you had signed up for, you are now studying everything you can about narcissism and narcissistic abuse. But you’re ready to make a change. You’re ready to leave this person but you don’t know how. You know deep down that it is time to do something different.

One of my specialties is recovery from narcissistic abuse.
At some point in each of our lives, we may believe that we are unable to feel anything else but sad, lost, hopeless, or stuck. Psychotherapy helps by allowing one to feel safe enough to explore negative feelings and beliefs that affect one's behaviors, mood, and relationships. Over the years, I have both offered & been a consumer of psychotherapy. So, I am aware of any possible fears or hesitation that you may initially have. If you are experiencing low self esteem, hopelessness, panic, loss or grief, neurodivergence (ADHD, ASD, etc), people-pleasing, chronic pain, there is help. I'm here to support you.
