Welcome to my private practice! I have been a licensed psychologist for over 25 years! I provide individual and family therapy to children and teens with ADHD, anxiety, depression, behavioral dysregulation and relationship issues. I often involve the parents in the therapy process. I also provide live parental coaching to parents of 2-8 year-olds using PCIT protocol (parent child interaction therapy). I have twelve years of experience working with adolescents, young adults, adults, families, and couples. I frequently help clients navigate the challenges of ADHD, anxiety, depression, giftedness, self-esteem and body image issues, relationships, grief, disordered eating, and trauma. To do this I must have a full picture of the individual's strengths and areas of need. I also see adults and seniors.
