Sometimes we’re not sure how we got to where we are. We find ourselves caught in patterns – of thoughts, feelings, behaviors, relationships – that are hurtful, unsatisfying, or no longer serve us. My approach to therapy is grounded in a relational, strength-based perspective, incorporating trauma-informed care practices, attachment theory, and a commitment to social justice. I view our lives through a holistic and systemic lens, understanding that every aspect of our existence is interconnected and influences our well-being.
I specialize in providing gender-affirming care and working with folks navigating life transitions, identity, relationship challenges, and complex trauma.
