My specialties include pre-marital and couples counseling, anxiety, depression, womens' issues, perfectionism, grief, relationship issues, self sabotage, trauma, boundaries, spirituality, and life-transitions for young adult women, adolescents, and couples. As a Christian, I offer faith-based counseling and believe that our minds, bodies, and souls are all interconnected and we can dive into correcting any negative beliefs with God's truth to find peace and wholeness.
My approach is integrative, holistic, relational, and spiritual if you are faith based. I pull from various therapeutic methods to tailor them to the needs of each client. I'm trained in Mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy, (SPFT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy to effectively help clients reach their goals.
