While I am trained and certified to practice therapy, you are the expert in your own life.
It is my job to listen and understand first. Then, I will use my expertise in Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) by appropriately applying my knowledge to your experiences, working together with you to help reduce your distress or achieve your goals whatever they are.
