I am trauma-informed and utilize a mix of psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and acceptance and commitment therapy as well as other evidence-based interventions.
My ideal client is aged 14 - 26 and struggles with issues related to trauma, anxiety, depression, and/or mood disorders. They are motivated to engage in therapy by having a willingness to look inward and engage in coping skills.
