I work with those navigating anxiety, depression, chronic illness, life transitions, and grief. Additionally, I am passionate about working with women exploring the idea of parenthood, as well as those in the prenatal and postnatal periods.

As a working mother of two, I have firsthand experience with the difficulty in juggling parenting, work, and self-care.Therapy can be a sacred space just for you, to help you reflect on where you have been, where you are, and where you would like to be.
