Perhaps you're ready to challenge the belief that this is just the way things are. There has been a desire to look closer. You want your mind to calm down and your physical anxiety symptoms to dissipate. I provide treatment to adults experiencing anxiety, depression, and relationship difficulties driven by patterns that are often unconscious. Consciously, you may experience symptoms like intrusive or racing thoughts, self-doubt, low self-worth, and co-dependency in relationships. Together, we can understand the hidden patterns behind these symptoms and the purpose they have served in your life until now.

Using Experiential Psychodynamic Therapy (EDT), an active and engaging form of treatment, we will observe internal blocks from your true feelings, and expand your emotional capacity. We will develop a clear understanding of your goals, and focus on self-compassion while we work. My practice is trauma-informed and emphasizes the mind-body connection.

It is my belief that we are wired for connection and healing. We are shaped by a deep desire to be known, seen, and recognized as we navigate this human experience. Attendees can expect grounded education on the function of emotions, how emotions get blocked and ways to approach unblocking them, practical tools for easing anxiety and depression, along with experiential exercises, homework, time to process and ask questions. Groups are a powerful way to learn, and to experience our common humanity with a group of compassionate peers.
