I work with individuals experiencing a wide range of needs - depression, anxiety, attachment issues, grief and loss, questions of identity, family conflict, relationship dynamics, and more. Additionally, I specifically work with women traveling through pre/postpartum, infertility, pre/post adoption, fostering, and parenting. My goal has always been to kindly and competently walk with individuals and families along the arduous path between the beautiful, the terrible and the call forward.
I believe it is impossible to separate mind, body, and soul. As a result, my approach to therapy is holistic and focused on providing individualized care to each clinet.
Life is heavy, and I consider it a deep privilege to sit in the most vulnerable spaces with others and provide the structure, support, and safety (and humor) that is necessary for growth.
