I believe that therapy is a collaborative partnership, between the therapist and client, that creates felt safety and fosters vulnerability and healing. My goal is to utilize the therapeutic process as a mirror that allows clients to see themselves, their histories, and their relationships with more depth, understanding, and clarity. I provide clients with a non-judgmental space to explore and process what they bring in with them to each session while helping them build emotional awareness and coping skills that they can carry with them into everyday life. I enjoy working with adults, teens, children, and families.
My strengths include supporting clients through attachment difficulties, parenting stressors, life transitions, building emotional awareness and regulation, coping with anxiety and depression, addressing obsessive compulsive behavior, and needs related to adoption. I am a TBRI practitioner and have experience with CBT, ERP, DDP, DBT, Theraplay, and EFT.
