Seeking therapy can be a daunting task, but one that takes a lot of courage. I am dedicated to providing a warm, safe, and supportive environment for you. I offer individual counseling services to children and adults between 9-55+. I specialize in working with adolescents who have experienced significant grief and loss. I understand that the pain of loss can be overwhelming. Grief is like a fingerprint – entirely unique to the individual and their journey.
My heart and passion lies in working with first responders. With a background as an EMT/firefighter, I provide a unique perspective as a clinician. I understand the impact of critical incidents, exposure to vicarious trauma, and cumulative stress. My goal is to destigmatize mental health services, so you don’t have to continue to suffer in silence.
