As my client, I will help you to sort through the thoughts and feelings that are keeping you stuck, and help you to ground yourself in your life's purpose. My clients find that through our work, they are able to live a more flexible, clear, and vibrant life. It is my belief that everyone has special gifts in this world, and that emotional disruption occurs when we have lost our connection with those gifts.
I will collaborate with you to tailor a treatment that best serves your individual needs. I utilize evidence based practices to help you find resolution. I have a decade of experience providing individual therapy to children, adolescents, and adults from a diversity of experiences. I also provide clinical supervision for LMHCs and ATR-Ps.
