Those who benefit most from my approach are ready to talk about their life & past, are motivated to make changes, able to experience difficult feelings, and believe they will benefit from examining how their past may influence their lives in present day.
I provide individual and couples therapy. I have extensive experience in treating trauma. I used psychodynamic, intersectional, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approaches. I offer Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR).
