Working with a therapist should feel safe, and that has remained one of my top priorities over my 10+ years of providing therapy. Some of my clients have had therapists before, some are changing therapists, and others are brand new to therapy. Many of my clients are working through previous trauma (childhood and adulthood), have experienced complicated loss, and many belong to a marginalized community. Some of my clients benefit from long-term therapy, while others engage in brief therapy to help get back on track to a better quality of life. Wherever you are in this process, I welcome you!
My specialties include working with survivors of trauma, including childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. I also work with people who have lost a loved one to a sudden death, such as homicide, suicide, or accidents. I welcome sex workers, people who use substances, people living with HIV, and the LGBTQIA+ community into my practice.
I have a completely online practice, which means we will work together while you are at home, the office, your car, or wherever you would like to be for our sessions.
