Hey there! My name is Cait Earle, and I am a licensed clinical social worker and psychotherapist. I have been in practice for roughly 10 years now. I began working at Mayo Clinic with pediatric patients battling depression, anxiety, and suicidal ideation. I later branched out into a practice with clients of all ages ranging from age 5 to 85 or so. I have experience working with couples and families. I enjoy incorporating a variety of therapeutic strategies, commonly CBT, DBT, motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based practices.
My goal is to help you learn to become your own therapist; by that I mean I strive to empower you to learn and trust your instincts, perhaps for the first time. Together, we develop appropriate goals and aspirations, and I absolutely love seeing my clients gain confidence over time as they see the magic happen.
Our first session is our "Get to Know You" session. I'll be asking many questions all about your hopes for therapy, as well as your history. You are welcome to share as much as you are comfortable. I'll be asking questions about your mental health history and symptoms as well.
