I help millenials and Gen Z start to live better lives through improving communication skills, setting better boundaries, figuring out what your values are, and learning new coping skills. So many of us are feeling disconnected and lost in a world of social media, apps, and constant information bombardment- it's no wonder we are anxious and depressed!
