My name is Caitlin Crawford and I'm a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) based in Orange County, CA working with clients statewide via telehealth. I've been providing mental health services to adults for over 11 years now, specializing in anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use, addiction, trauma, life transitions, stress, and relationship issues. While my approach to therapy is holistic, integrative and intentionally tailored to each individual, I do tend to draw primarily from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Therapy, and Solution-Focused modalities.
Existing as a human in our modern world can come with a number of challenges and I am focused on helping adults navigate the many experiences that life may bring. These usually take the form of anxiety, depression, substance use, addiction, trauma, life transitions, and relationship issues.
I also have significant experience working with individuals who have bipolar disorder and psychotic disorders. Whatever the challenges may be, my goal is to help you develop the necessary skills to grow into the best version of yourself.
