I specialize in treating individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, unresolved trauma, life transitions, and those exploring identity. Everyone is creative and art therapy is beneficial for all, regardless of artistic background. In our work, I gently guide you to focus on the creative PROCESS and its inherently therapeutic qualities.
